That’s just what I’ve been thinking. How will the team manage Etta’s death and what’s next for the team. I enjoy watching each new episode of Revolution and I always wonder what things would be like with no electricity. I enjoy watching several other shows on primetime too, which I always record. I always hate having to pick shows over some of the others and now that will no longer be an issue. I upgraded to the Hopper DVR after my coworker at DISH told me how I can get PrimeTime Anytime by recording all four of my major networks everyday without anymore timer conflicts. Since I’ve used this amazing DVR I can get all my recording in each room too, which means I only need one DVR instead of three and that will lower my bill and saves space too.

April does a fantastic job at being really awkward in that first clip. Everyone seems overly surprised to see her back in Seattle and her story is even crazier. It’s moments like this that make me set my Hopper timer so I can watch when I want. I thought that the interaction between Cristina and the surgeon. She gave that forced smile but it totally fit her and made me laugh so much. My DISH co-worker though that Callie’s response was really funny. I have to agree: what better way to ward off a newbie from what everyone knows is trouble?

I am very upset that Australian Network ABC has decided to pull funding to miniseries “Top of the Lake” because Elisabeth Moss is not an Australian actor. Okay, then how is it fair that Australian actors like Hugh Jackman, Alex O’Loughlin, Guy Pearce, Nicole Kidman, Toni Collette, Anthony LaPaglia, Russell Crowe, Naomi Watts, Heath Ledger, Eric Bana, Simon Baker, Julian McMahon, Rachel Griffiths, Portia di Rossi, on and on and on play Americans? Especially since we have excellent American actors in this country. I have never seen an American studio, television network, etc pull out of a project because the actor is Australian. Australian Network ABC should rethink their decision and fund the project. They are not only going to hurt production, but they will hurt the cast and crew as well. This could cause a backlash here in America for Australian actors in regards to getting acting jobs.

I would love to know if it was Lyme Disease. I was a competitive ballroom dancer until two years ago when I was diagnosed with this debilitating disease. Now I am undergoing treatment and had to give up dancing due to the pain and fatigue. She could really bring this disease out into the open if she shared her story by giving it a name. It takes away your life and people don’t even realize it. I can only hope that I survive to dance again someday.

I just got back from Newark and I’m more than sorry to tell you that even though you may get in line first, pre-dawn, and wait 8+ hours, its random where they seat you and then call your section – the first sections got most of the tickets and by 3pm 95% were gone, making thousands audition until past 9pm for NOTHING. The first auditions were about 3 minutes long and the later ones, like mine, were literally under 15 seconds! This is the straight up, hard,cold truth. Some judges gave all Yeses and others gave all NOs because some had golden tickets left and others ran out of their quota. This after being left to wait 8 hrs/day for two days straight. Then even if you get passed thru, you come back the next day, not to be judged by Simon’s panel. I heard voices like you would not believe and they were dismissed because they weren’t seated early. It was a cattle call all right – the performers were treated like animals. Shame on this whole smarmy, exploitative production.

I have watched idol since the first season and thought Ellen was a great idea…but then I was thinking this season would be less than par. But I really enjoy Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez and of course Randy. I am less enthused about Ryan. I think the girls need to kick it up to stay in the competition.
