Season 10′s Paul McDonald turns 28 today! Paul, who finished in 8th place on Season 10, was known for his unique performances and signature suits.

Paul has been riding high since his time on American Idol. During the show he met his future wife, Nikki Reed, at the red carpet premiere of Red Riding hood in March of 2011. The two married shortly after in October of 2011.

The Alabama native still plays with his longtime band, The Grand Magnolias, but has even started branching out into acting! Earlier this month it was announced that Paul will have a recurring role this season on the show Parenthood.
