The 2012 CMA Music Festival just wrapped in Nashville and Casey had a busy week filled with various performances, fan signings and much more. He even got to perform “Crying On A Suitcase” during the CMT Music Awards last weekend. Casey co-hosted the Opry Trust Fund’s Guitars of the Stars Auction with Bill Cody and personally autographed a guitar for the auction which raised $2,400 for the organization. The auction this year raised over $20,000 total.
Casey’s self-titled album debuted at Number 2 on the Billboard Country Album Chart upon its release a few weeks ago and he co-wrote 9 of the 11 tracks on the album including the single.
