After taking a five-episode hiatus to shoot a film and spend time with her new daughter, Katherine Heigl will return to Grey’s Anatomy for the Jan. 21 episode. Izzie’s absence has certainly affected her hubby, Alex (Justin Chambers), who may not be able to forgive her for running out on their marriage. TVGuide.com caught up with Chambers on the set of Grey’s, where he spilled that the pair’s marital problems may send Alex running into another woman’s arms…
