Stop us if you’ve heard this one before: President Barack Obama will make a speech next week during prime time, and Fox will most likely not air it.

Obama’s address to a joint session of Congress — another attempt to gain support for his much-debated health care plan — is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 8/7c. CBS, ABC and NBC have committed to running the speech, but Fox has yet to make an official announcement.
Fox passed on Obama’s last prime-time address in July, referring viewers to Fox News to watch it. All the networks will reportedly lose …
