LAS VEGAS, Nevada — Las Vegas will pay tribute to the King of Pop on his 51st birthday, Access Hollywood has learned.

A Michael Jackson benefit concert will be held at the Palms Hotel and Casino, a spokesperson for the hotel confirmed to Access.
